English Learners (ELs) are identified based on their home language survey and results from the initial English Learner Proficiency Assessment of California (ELPAC). All English Learners are required to participate in our English Language Developer (ELD) Program through the Intervention Department. This includes live designated instruction, targeted online curriculum, and integrated instruction. EL students are regularly monitored to support progress. Families and other advocates of English Learners are encouraged to participate in our English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) which meets four times each year.
